I can confirm this, I tried to un-install and re-install, but what fixed it put the two NIF's together, fixed the block reference, made a new Object Mod, and Constructable object in the Creation Kit, edited some stats hopefully to my advantage as a reward and then it all came together.
The 10mm animations work surprisingly well with this mod to be perfectly honest, but I was wondering if you were considering adding New Calibers compatibility, since the real life SVI uses .40 S&W alongside .45 and 10mm, which is a round available in New Calibers.
Fabulous looking gun, great work man! Was just wondering if it would be possible to bind the gun to the Deliverer animations, since there already exists a plethora of animation replacers already released. Custom animations for the SVI would be just magnificent! Thank you for this mod and have a nice day.
Hi Mac98765, Thank you for post, I have done some experimentation with the Deliver animations and even tried using pistol reanimation pack and unfortunately the slide will only travel half the distance to clear the breach on the slide, But yes it is possible.
I do agree that custom anims would make this mod a lot better, i will see what i can come up with.
Yes but i am currently working on the LDC version ATM, i was thinking of doing the RTS2 to start of with, but i am not sure if i want this as a slide ride or using a mount. what would your preference be Mikaehl?
Strayer-Voight International. It's a Texas based manufacturer of high end production and custom/semi-custom handguns that evolved from the traditional 1911 design.
Sandy Strayer partnered with Virgil Tripp around 1992-1993 to form Strayer-Tripp International to produce high end, modular design 2011s, 1911 based guns with double column magazines and hand grips that were only slightly larger around than the traditional single column 1911. The advantage of that being they held double the amount of ammunition compared to a traditional 1911. He left STI, located in the Austin suburb of Georgetown, TX to found SVI in the Dallas-Fort Worth suburb of Grand Prairie, TX, though they relocated to the town of Gordon, TX which lies about 110 miles west of DFW.
Tripp had founded Tripp Research and manufactured wire EDM machined parts for other high end gun makers, and when he partnered with Strayer, they co-designed the 2011 pistol and it soon began to be the dominant pistol in IDPA and IPSC venues. They're all manufactured to exacting tolerances on wire EDM machines (basically using a beam of electrons to cut/remove metal, meaning you have *extremely* precise tolerances) and have highly skilled employees who hand fit and test the final product. All employees are also equity stakeholders in the company, so they have very strong incentives to make sure what goes out the door is of the highest quality.
I've never owned any SVI handguns, but I do currently own an STI Tactical 4" 2011 9MM. I'll likely be buried with it.
