I think perhaps you may have leaned more towards Game Balance, and less towards Holy Brahmin, I'm A Sorcerer! Single-use spells? Come on. This aint D&D. I'll delve into Xedit and see if that can't be rectified.

This is absolutely AWESOME. This mod is a GREAT compliment to any dark/raider character with arcane ties. My raider character is a vampire (another mod) so the necromancy update was extra-specially appreciated over here!

Player character has been in cryo sleep, Mama Murphy could be older than she looks (and has low magical power), Ghouls with odd abilities and even Protectron's and Gen-1 Synths that have achieved self awareness despite it being said they don't have hardware to, etc.
A system where you have to have seen an ability to use it, and even then you have to be under the short lived influence of an addictive consumable. Said magical consumable can be used in recipes to improve duration or strength, but not both. It would also only be found in one unique dungeon below Salem that can only be opened using Kremvh's Tooth as a key)
