A new Landscape Version of my Posters For You mod that will allow you to add your own favorite art and images to use in the game as Posters.

What This Is.
If you are like me you enjoy making your homes and settlements unique, and a big part of that is the artwork you have on your walls.
But there's only so many red barn and kitten paintings you can put up before you start going a bit crazy. :)

So I made some mods that will allow you to make customized posters.
The first one was posters For You that used portrait style posters like the ones you would hang up in your bedrooms.

But now I am finally able to bring to you the Landscape Version Of Posters For You.
It has taken some time to do as getting the size and mesh right has not been as easy as I would have liked.
But now it is done and you for you all to use and enjoy.

Crafting
You will find the posters in the settlement crafting menu in the painting section.

How It Works
All you need is Gimp 2 the free art program and a .dds plugin. This will allow you to edit the .dds files in this mod and add your own favorite art.

To Customize them go to

Fallout 4\Data\textures\PostersForYou\Landscape

And edit
PostersForYouL01.dds to PostersForYouL10.dds and PostersForYouL11.dds to PostersForYouL20.dds if you have Version B and so on.

All Posters Can Have Transparency, And Have Glow layer Too
To add Glow, edit PostersForYouL01_g.dds or PostersForYouL02_g.dds and so on. Just add white to the black in the places you want the poster to glow.

Open a PostersForYouLXX.dds file without the load mipmaps checked if asked.
Then drag or paste your new artwork into it as a new layer above the original in the layer menu.

You do not have to adjust the canvas sizes of the PostersForYouLXX, it is 1024x1024
The image must be in the center and must be 1024x689 to work within game.

You may have to do some editing to your new artwork, but as long as its 1024x689 it should be ok.

Then click on layers and click "Merge Down", so it's all one layer.
Then go to File and click on "overwrite PostersForYouLXX.dds"
Its just below the save, save as, save copy options.

Now close the window or program.
You may get a message saying "Save the changes to image", just click Discard Changes.
As long as you did overwrite it should have been saved.
And now it should work in game. :)

If you are not using gimp I can't really help you, I have not used anything else in a long time.

Oh and this is a good way to edit and save any dds texture
