i use this mod alomngside a mod that adds infinite charge to fusion cores since their supost to last and made it more like limiting the amount power armor i can give my settlers as i play a new enclave rebuild roleplay the minutmen being new recruits for a new enclave based on the reformers of hoi4 old world blues enclave reborn mod
Wow thanks a bunch!! My logic is that they are really supposed to be rare. This is also a great way to make power armor "harder" to use since there is fewer cores around.
Going by dialogue in the game it seems like they are supposed to be rare, but almost every vendor sells them, so I'm guessing that ToLaukka wanted some more immersion from the vendors.
(As stated in the description, it was made after a request, so you'd have to ask ToLaukka about the actual reason, the above is just my guess. )
