Hey Astrocreep2046 I hope you see this especially since your reply is a couple years old. However what we have here is a save game file, and Luckykane13 was asking if you could reupload an optional preset file for us as well.
Very nice job pairing down the mods and making this save more accessible. I might be a bit more active on here since I have found my self with more free time like everyone else. Best to you and yours.
Joel looks AWESOME! Only one thing: This is a game save, and you used mods when you saved. I don't know what mods you used but I noticed that continuing after the save point that a lot of my textures are messing up, in particular TOP and Enhanced Blood Textures. Is there any way you could make this just a standard preset and not a game save? Again, awesome Joel likeness!
Funny thing is i only started again just today and i was thinking 'What would look cool, would be an joel character!' And here it is. And a damn good one at that aswell man. Really good work!

Thank you! I appreciate the kind words. I will likely make more. The sculpting tools in Fallout aren't half bad considering it's low fidelity video game tool. I typically paint a lot of portraits as well as sculpt in ZBrush which is why I can do this with Fallout's tools. The next step would be if I can somehow figure out a way to make my own geometry and bring it in from ZBrush or something. That, I imagine, will take some doing... This is sort of a hobby thing for me, as I love Fallout, but I'm not sure how much time I can practically sink into this.
I would love to but I have no idea how to actually do that. I have done the research yet to learn how to actually mod... :/ Maybe when I have a little more free time I figure it out.
I was thinking I could give her a shot as well... There are a couple of hitches here, though. One, is she is like 14 in the game and I'm afraid I won't be able to do a character that looks that young given the limitations of the tools in fallout. So, I may have to make her look older like she does in the reveal trailer for the sequel. Two, I'm not a modder... I haven't learned how to actually make a companion as a mod. This is only a saved game that I upload after using stock sculpting plus "LooksMenu"... So, I'd have to get some technical help in that way. I do this for a living, kind of, so I have the art background I just don't have the modding knowledge. But we'll see what happens. Thanks for the kind words! Glad you like the sculpt.
maybe instead of a face preset take a existing companion mood and modify the face with permissions of course then set that characters height just food for thoughts great work on the Joel preset amazing work btw!
