Many have realized that the Pain Train perk has a nasty habit of occasionally...well...dying unexpectedly. With this BAT just type into the console (hit the ~ key): "bat ptfix" (no "_"). What it does is it removes all three ranks of the perk and gives you 3 new perk points to spend (this is because the addperk commands were not working and only removed the perk ranks. So they must be added back manually). Just put the .txt file wherever you keep your Fallout4.exe.
