I love settlements like this. Natural and fits well to the world. ALso, you're just like me, that we dislike floating platforms/floors without supports beneath.

COOL now this is what I call a city! gonna download it right away! My sanctuary "city" is nothing compared to yours. I can imagine how much effort you put into this settlement. I never dare build starlight seriously because of how large and empty it is! Every playthrough I just troll build some couple of houses, put some beds and plants with water resources, call it a day and forget this place forever.
