I use these walls everywhere now. the raids stay out. Glitchy guard towers but I can live with that. I use WOTC mod and feral nights with creepers. its a warzone outside of these walls. Love it. all you hear is mayhem lol. I man minigun turrent on each corner and watch the fireworks.
so i just got this mod recently, and oh my god it's so damn amazing to use, i just found out that i could build long hallways for the NPC's to live in along the path of the walls, that was a very intuitive design concept, yea sure it's simple and boxy, but who cares, it's incredibly functional if you want to use the land below as much as possible because of how you build them, you know that timpani's bluff location, it's such a small settlement location, but this mod basically allowed so much room for these hallways that i was able to fit in more NPC's in the location, now it's mostly a farming community with plenty of room to use and also with plenty of room for housing along the walls.
i should send in some pictures of how i used the space, it's really quite nice and compact and allows you to take advantage of every inch of the location without sacrificing to much of the usable land below, i mean i was able to fit in 50 beds, i'm still getting NPC's put into the location currently, but when they all show up it will probably going to become unstable, but i will see soon enough lol, but i just love how much room i now have, my starlight theater location is very empty because i discovered this idea of building, so i have plenty of room in that location to spread out NPC's in the location.
How do I uninstall this mod? I tried the normal Remove in Vortex, but the the wall pieces still has slots/places in workshop menu. Thumbnails were removed though.
Oh, I just don't need these (although this is very good, probably the best tall wall mod).
the settlement menu remains fucked up if you remove settlement mods unless you have another mod to rebuild your settlement menu. this is a problem with the engine, not with any settlement mods you remove. bethesda just did a bad as usual.
