"I was kind of disappointed to find that there were no mods related to one of the biggest factions in Fallout New Vegas (Caesar's Legion), whatsoever. So I made this for myself (but might as well upload it). It's not much, but it's a start." (April, 2017)
This was exactly how I felt when I went looking for Fallout 4 mods the other day, inspired by probably the second most popular Bethesda-era game in the franchise (just checked the Steam Charts numbers, and yeah, Fallout New Vegas is trouncing FO3 in active players to this day, while FO4 anywhere from doubles, to often quadruples, and more rarely quintuples and even sextuples New Vegas' numbers—which is to be expected of course, and I'm not saying this to take shots at FO3 just to be clear, I love that game too <3), of which I had guessed there would be mountains upon mountains of. But as I'm sure anyone reading this comment already knows, there are in fact, notmountains upon mountains of FNV-inspired mods. Tragically, there are only handfuls of them at most, and whether you count the character presets is up to you. Either way, it's super unfortunate, to be sure (and you posted this to the Nexus almost 5 whole YEARS ago lol).
I really enjoy this mod though, so thank you for taking the time to make it and thank you for sharing it with us, my friend. I truly appreciate it
I mean, No matter how Fallout New Vegas canonically ended there should still be a few scouts out in the commonwealth. Caesar was suppose to be ruleing half of the country.
Second that I know of there is a power armor texture, just type legion into the search engine.
That said Even NV did not do justice to a Neo Roman style empire and they were sufficiently evil that you could only refer to them as bad guy's which made the NCR into the good guy's were in reality (game lore) they were actually only moderately better than the BOS or the Enclave both of whom they had driven out of there territory, the NCR's expansion was driven by greed and just like the legion often accomplished through conquest though they did bring law and order and were not savages like the Legion were and you find that out when you talk to some of the former prisoners in the powder gang.
Still there are some fantastic armor replacement's for the Legion that make them look far more the part than the original game version's did.
And if out of curiosity you want to see a masterwork recreation of Legion Armor have a look at Jedo_Dre's mods over on the Skyrim nexus which IF he gave his permission could in theory be converted to the. http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/10740/?

Hopefully this will inspire more for Fallout 4, even if they end up being for some other kind of group.
Thanks.
