OMG. In my game, the barman killed him right before my eyes! And nobody care! His corpse just lies on the floor, as if nothing had happened...
So, I buryed him with the Grave Digger mod, switch on this mod and just waiting, what will happen. I hope he respawn somewhere, and I will meet him in the future.
I'm at 2400 hrs, 8 characters and had -no- idea he could become the bar owner. I started avoiding the quest so the bar would stay populated. Now his dialogue if you tell him you'll take care of it without him makes total sense.
This one always seemed like something was missing, and this was it.
