Do you have any idea where the (vanilla, not survival) "You are overencumbered and cannot run." pop-up's text is hidden in the game files? It's not in messages. Not the base game, not any DLC, not UFO4P...I'm using "I'm a raider damnit" mod, which changes messages to something more ruff & raunchy, but this message is left untouched. And me being a packrat hoarder and compulsive looter, I get that message A LOT. I want it gone!
Nice. I love mods that just tweak little things for the better and like you said it just changes those things so it won't conflict or cause problems - worth having.

Aside from the feelings of the words: "from the lack of food/water"... they iz sad wördz nao :'-(

I was just about to make this exact mod myself because those redundant messages were irritating me so much.
(But it would be extremely easy to "translate" this mod yourself, using FO4Edit.)
