Given it's been over 5 years, I think you guys can stop asking for further support. One major issue I noticed, at least when trying to use it with Playable Deathclaw and Beast Master, is that the Quantum DCs added by this mod aren't part of the actual DC faction, so they're prone to being attacked even when they shouldn't be. I've even tried setting the DC faction as ally to other ones, and it still doesn't work. Since they're a color variant of glowing DCs, the issue is furthered by their emission of radiation.
The only ones I've ever seen were at a specific corner of the map. Several appear, with one being scripted to slide down a cliff face. It's nearby the Grandchester Mansion to the southwesternmost part of the map, virtually the opposite end of the map from the Nuka Cola Bottling Plant.
To everyone: Guys, I was able to catch a Quantum Deathclaw via the workshop cages. And YES, I was able to pacify it via the Beast Master mod and make it a companion. To do this, you're going to need to download the Exotic Workshop Creatures mod. This mod will allow you to capture creatures that spawn in Nuka World and Far Harbor. After downloading both of these mods, just get a deathclaw cage going, and quicksave when you have a catch, then open the cage. If it's not a Quantum Deathclaw, just load up your quicksave and try again. I got one on my 2nd try, and I was so damn excited. So yeah, that's it! :)
They're invisible for me. I tried spawning them in to see what they look like in game, the game even shows the the quantum deathclaw Hp bar and my companions and settlers getting mauled and tossed around but no actual deathclaw model. Or are they supposed to be invisible? o.O
Oddly enough I didn't had this bug the first time around. But after shutting mod down and turning it back on I got the invisible ones. I found a work around. Apperently some mods can conflic with this one, but finding them and turning them off then on fixed the issue. Don't know which ones it can be for otheers, for me it was the additional cages for beasts mods. Hope it helps
Added this mod to my mod list (V1.0) combined with Detailed Deathclaws by Jimshu for 4k deathclaw textures. V1.0 seems to be working with no invisible quantum deathclaw bug that other people seem to be experiencing but then again i'm using the older version so quantum deathclaws can spawn at any location in game. Great work and Endorsed! A note to others, just download the older version if you don't mind them spawning outside of nuka-world.
Edit: I have noticed a small texture issue on the back and around the horns of the quantum deathclaws with these two mods combining. A mix of cut vanilla and modded 4k textures I assume. Not a big deal to me anyway you can hardly tell unless you get very very close. I added some pictures to my post as well.
Is it at all possible to make these spawn from Deathclaw Cages in the Wasteland Workshop DLC? Be a great thing to have with the Beast Master and Deathclaw Armory mods. I've kept DC cages going, but thus far not a single Quantum DC has popped out.

Also, could we get Quantum Gatorclaws?

PS. Any chance you could update this mod to allow other nuka monsters to spawn anywhere (ie. nukalurks, king/queen and maybe even gatorclaws?)
