A very light repair of the Croup Manor.
All the rooms still vanilla, the walls and floors are fix with vanilla & vanilla DLC material.
When you want to have the tree near the house, like on the Pictures, choose "Import Original Items (not build by the Player)

For maual Installation, simply put the file in: Your Storage Device :\STEAM\SteamApps\common\Fallout 4\Data\F4SE\Plugins\TransferSettlements\blueprints\1...(or the number you like between 1 and 10).
For automatic Installation use NMM.
