I see a lot of people wanting the console item id of the holo tape for the settings the code is: 1f000fa9 to add it to your inventory simply type (without brackets) [player.additem 1f000fa9 1]
Or, if for some reason this does not work, you can search for the id in the console like this [help adjustable 0] and you should find the item listed as a note with the name: (settings) adjustable damage and can use the id from that. note that you may have to use the [page up] button on your keyboard to navigate up to where it might be, in case you are not used to the console.
Because the object ID in a mod is dependent on how many mods you have, load order ect. I will never be the same for 2 players unless they installed the exact same mods, in the same order, and have the same load order. Mine was BC000FA9 for example.
Looks like you can only nerf companion damage by up to 50%. Could this be increased so you can further nerf them by perhaps up to 90% in increments. I like the idea of running with additional companions and just lowering everyones damage as I add a member so fights aren't over too quickly.
Was happy to find a mod like this. I'd been trying to change their damage multiplier in survival only to realize it did nothing.
AWesome.. is this for survival only? Annnd does it workwith the pip-pad? Nothings showing up for me even though i can see via console that the mod is present, there are no options etc under Perks...
Yeah, I use the pip pad, so that should work fine and the only survival only feature is the difficulty multiplier. Do you mean that you never got the holotape for settings or that the holotape does nothing? Both seem odd.
I never received the holotape.. I wonder if it's Another Life, that has a tendency to break things.. i can just add the holotape via the console if that'll do the job.. thanks for getting back to me though! Great looking mod, definately something I'll continue using!
I think I know what this is then. I have never set up a check for the pre-pip boy section, so when starting a new game it adds it immediately instead of waiting for the pip boy. I'll definitely do that, cause that is very annoying actually!
Hey, not sure if you're still working on this, but it's pretty great! I only have one suggestion: Let us tweak the damage we give to specific groups. That way we can have a global modifier, but then do, say, extra damage against robots.
