why do the parents need to be in their 20's to have a young baby? this makes NO sense at all. my mother was in her late 30's when she had me. you can have kids at any age bro.
I agree that there is no age limit. But I just wanted her to be twenties like many heroines in movies are. I think there is no problem with prefering young woman to average mother, isn't it....even if some guys think she looks like 12y

The reason is birth defects. The prime age for having a baby is low 20's with a peak at 21-22. Birth defects drop as the mother approaches that age, then rises again after passing that age. A woman waiting until her 30's to have a baby has a higher chance of birth defects. A woman who has had a baby in her 20's actually has a lower chance of birth defects having another baby in her 30's (or even 40's) than a woman waiting until then to have her first. It's a big problem for industrialized countries how many women are waiting to have their first kid. In many cases, it's also their only kid. Some countries have it so bad that they're offering women extra incentives at 30-40 if they'll just have a couple kids in their 20's.
SUPER late reply, but while yes, the risk of having a child with birth defects does increase as you grow older, and in fact is roughly double at 40 y/o compared to 20 y/o, as Adam Ruins Everything pointed out, double of 0.5% (I dont remember the exact percentage but it was around 0.5%) is only 1%
All these people commenting she looks underage. Have they never seen a young adult before? What's wrong with a young adult being a mother? So what if people want to play as younger version of the protags?

Americans are too used to seeing 20-35 year-olds playing high schoolers on TV and movies. If they ever drove past a high school as the kids are getting out, they'd assume it was an elementary school. It's called Dawson Casting.
I'm wondering this too. I just can't find a way to get rid of the lines stemming off of the nose. I've managed to get them pretty light, but still not entirely gone.
