I have noticed a few missing items (Foundations, beds etc) when creating settlements from my blueprints.
I assumed it was because I have been overwriting the same blueprint files since early 2017. So I deleted all my files and went back and created the blueprints from the beginning with Transfer Settlements 1.48... this took a fair bit of time for 33 blueprints...

After I was done the file sizes were slightly smaller than my latest updates so the theory seems to valid.
I have also done a few cosmetic changes to brighten the settlements up a bit. I was originally only going to update my blueprint pack but I hated the idea of my work seeming incomplete... my OCD gene I guess...

Nice simple build, thanks, saves lots of time. One suggestion though. Your wiring suggests that turrets are connected to one another, in networking it's called "ring topology". I think you should use "star topology", when each tower is connected to power pylon directly, not to another turret. If one turret is down, then it stops providing energy to those powered from it. Other than that - everything is pure and simple.

It is a valid point. You are more than welcome to make any adjustments you like. I would be curious to see any improvements people make.

I have been using these builds for over a year now. The only catch was every time I played a new game I had to recreate all these from scratch. I am SO thankful for Transfer Settlements.

The few times I have ever lost any turrets was one attack on Red Rocket and a couple of times at Kingsport Lighthouse. Because of the Fort and Castle configuration I use there are always numerous turrets on target. The remaining turrets in the ring that are active finish the job. I do like my clear lines of fire.

Your Taffington fort is cool, I really dig your blueprints. You dont install a s#*! ton of mods making the blueprint worthless without 25 additional mods to make it look right. I have the red rocket and will most likely grab all of your prints

Thanks Chigo. Glad you like them... and big thanks for the endorsement.

Yeh... the main reason I did all these blueprints was I like some of the other designs, but NO WAY was I going to install most of the mods required to build them. I have built on all these sites at least 20 times and have found what works... for me.

You might want to hold off on Oberland Station if you haven't already built there. I was not happy with the Fort I did there and have done a Castle on this playthrough that works much better and uses less settlement budget.
I just need a another level to populate the stores.

      Nevermind... big time fail.
      The original works best.

Nicely done. Thank you (again). These forts and castles of yours don't seem to bog down my system like my usual builds do... and they look better. Gonna use 'em all. He, he By the time I got to my last settlement in the Commonwealth and headed to Far Harbor, my computer took forever to do anything in build mode. The save game was too big, I suppose. Too much eye candy in the settlements. I get carried away when I do things like this and my computer can't pay the check I write. He, he. These look good, fit the game atmosphere and do the job without a lot of unnecessary 'set dressing'. I'm starting to love them.

      Thanks Dark.
Sorry about the late reply. I have 25 of these blueprints now and I kind of lose track of the posts.

I have completely given up on any mods that effect the textures or layout of any of the settlements. They do strange things to the game engine. On my last playthrough I was using a 'Rebuilt Settlements' mod and the load times between zones were insane.

Also I could not get near Greenetech Genetics or Monsignor Plaza at higher levels without CTD.
      Not even in a Vertibird...
No problems at all this game...

Thanks. Taffington is a bit of a PIA. Especially that bloodbug spawn near Medford.

I REALLY wish I could tell you where to get the paintings mod mate...

It was a very early mod done by RetroBabe that took 60's and 70's Playboy Playmates and put them into painting frames. Tasteful and erotic... I love them.

I REALLY looked for them to give you a link but apparently they no longer exist.... or I can not find them...
