Love everything else youve added ive replaced all vats and sustaining stuff in my game with less auto-play-like alternatives. Charging buffs, VAFs, crowd control effects, etc.
I find it ironic that you have a Vault-Boy dressed as One Punch Man as the image for this mod, and it's not dedicated to making your character One Punch Man, but instead an increased difficulty mod.
I clicked on it with the same anticipation! Hmmmmm....Saitama the Mysterious Stranger mod....also alters the perk to only be available for enemies with a skull or star. Should work....the stranger kind of just does a VATS attack of sorts....hopefully the weapon is removable. Have fun whoever does this mod....and thank you ahead of time. LOL!
Wow, this is huge! I have been playing survival since updated, and am still constantly trying to make the game deadlier and more realistic. Not quite ready to abandon survival yet, but will be tracking this one and checking often. A kudos to you just for the sheer amount of work involved, surely deserved.

Although Stimpaks won't be slowed down in Survival mode with this mod installed. Their effectiveness will still be cut in half as well though.
