IIRC it's down the street from the 13th street BART station - the one with the Walgreens where the entire city's homeless population likes to chill.
And yeah, there's a porn studio in there as well. Kink and their affiliates work out of there. I used to provide cash services to a lot of businesses in the area (including the Kink nightclub across the street). Really nice folks. A little weird, but really nice.
Heyy this looks pretty cool. Iv'e tried to make large believable buildings in the past and they haven't really turned out well, i'm more skilled in building scrappy, scavenger type builds. This sparked a few ideas for me, i'm gonna try it later when i finish my current settlement project.
Does it take the whole area of county crossing? It looks like it does, i'm going to have to make it a bit smaller for what i have in mind. Shouldn't be a problem though.
