    I added an esp that should disable the mesmetron attack from the robobrain head. This requires automatron to be installed.

    Is this affecting all sentry bots too? because i want only my sentry bot to have the effect.

    I can't vouch for no more sentry overheating, as I'm using that as a potential means to make the game more difficult for me, but Ada still uses the mesmetron attack. I've tried fast travelling but to no avail. I don't have any mods that change automotrons except maybe for the unofficial patch.

    Military/etc would never approve of such an inefficient model for field usage. This imo is actually an immersion mod. Thanks for the work!

      That's the joy of "game balancing", where inherent logic is suspended to make sure something isn't too strong.
      Like most muzzle mods reducing effective range, or long barrels making them less accurate to fire from the hip; that doesn't hold water in real life, just to game developers.
      Nevermind the fact that they'll add stupidly strong bosses or create unrealistic difficulty modes.

      i know right? so immersive, did you know silencers in games are totaly wrong? they acctualy increase range on top of reducing recoil and sound
      the sentrybots feel like an actual danger now

      This is why I am utterly unapologetic about combining Any Mod Any Weapon and New Laser Muzzles' Amplified Assault and Amplified Sniper muzzles; I get a somewhat suppressed noise, reduced recoil, and actual range.

    Sadly the Mesmetron attack is still happening
    The Overheat sometimes require fast travel to work but aside from that it's fine

    A shame really.. I like the Robobrain superior accuracy but I really hate when it stops racking in DPS with the dual Laser Machine Guns to use that dumb Mesmetron attack..

    Thanks for this mod. From what I remember, the old fallout games don't have the overheating sentrybot mechanic. Not sure why bethesda added it in fallout 4.

    Sadly, this mod is not working for me.

    ***UPDATE*** I fast traveled back to Sanctuary and the Overheating went away.Seems odd, but hey, this is a Bethesda game.

    My Automatron still uses his mesmetron attack. I checked with FO4Edit and no other mod is overwriting this mods changes. :<
