   Dude. Where/how do I even get this item in game. You provided no explanation for what to even search for in the console, no explanation what "workbench" to craft this at, no description of where to find... did you even put anything in the game? Where did you get the pictures of this mythical accessory? I am convinced they did not come from your mod at this point, please post a link to where I can find the actual item you seem to be rambling incoherently about.

      I think this mod just lets you equip and improve the chain dog collar that's in the game, which originally, could only be equipped by a dog.
