Thanks for the mod. If you changed the name so vats was it's own word, people would be able to find it easier. Searching on nexus for a mod that does just this showed no results, I had to use google instead.
in the screen shots ther is a raider with a cage armor and mask with mini gun, what mod gives you enemies like that? I keep getting stupid puny weak enemies and I want enemies like the one in your screen shot.
Ahh that part is vanilla, the guy in the screenshot is a unique legendary npc called Regi Blattaria that spawns by that ruined house on high levels. He spawns with different loot and just happened to be there with a cage armor and minigun on my playthrough.
