This is by far the best simple retexture of the vault suit IMO. Small Purcentage is right. I cant honestly see myself playing a female character. Being a guy and playing a female character makes me feel like I'm playing with dolls. I simply can't do that. Endorsed.
I'm one of seemingly the few players that plays a male character. While I'm glad the option exists, whenever the option to play a male is available I always do because I can immerse myself more completely in the game. While I can still enjoy a game with a female lead, I can't immerse myself as easily as I can when I'm able to play a character the same gender as I am.
This is one of those things that has always bugged me and only today found that this mod exists to fix it on what is, to me, the canon vault suit.
Bethesda's blue nighty version is just horrendous.
"i know only a small percentage of people here play male characters" Hell, i personally always play as male characters, cause i can relate to them more, being male myself.
this is awesome. one other small detail i really wish male avatars had: base reskin options. specifically, ones that add gloves without taking up a clothing slot. ive seen a few around, but only female, and that require like 5 other mods to run anyway. ugly-ass human hands and fingers. best options in the game have exposed fingers, or even a whole-ass uncovered hand, and no left-right option. disgraceful.
There is always such a small amount of male content that you practically have to tag search to find any, for ANY Bethesda game. It is really sad. In a few different ways even.
Thanks for this. I did this myself, and I am sure others will like adjustment as well. Never understood why they didn't match the textures from the beginning.
On another note, I never play female and have never saw any reason to. I am sure there more people than you, that prefer to play as only male.
Likewise, I darkened the textures for my own game, as well. It's good to see someone release one for those who might not be familiar with how to edit textures.
The argument I hear a lot of people make is that females are nicer to look at regardless of your own gender or sexuality and I am inclined to agree. Like you however, I also exclusively play a male character simply because role playing and immersion are easier because I am a male myself. But you could also argue the point of role playing is to put yourself in different shoes. Different strokes for different folks I guess
Fallout 4 character creator is good enough that I can make a character who genuinely looks a lot like me. For this reason alone it's hard not to play a male character.

Cheers! <3
So I'm always grateful to find mods that think of players like me who don't feel the need to stare at a woman's backside the whole time while playing
Kudos to you. Gonna use this when I get back into Fallout 4 when the script extender got all needed functions.

And by that, I mean it's more immersive for POV boning that way.
