Everytime I try to use the Wattz 1000 pistol in VATS, the percentages are extremely low, on all body parts, like below 10%, even from up close. I'm playing a sniper & I wanted this to be my back-up gun but I can't use it as much as I want to because of that. My character has 10 Perception plus 2 extra points from gear. Is this on purpose or is it some kind of bug?
I've been trying so hard to do fallout 4 animations, but it's just not in my cards. With all the Wattz mods, I've kinda lost track of this one, so I'm probably just gonna make a new mod and animate that instead. Again, like with all my disclaimers, I'm in college and designing my own game, so this isn't as big of a priority. If anyone's willing to animate, or re-texture, or whatever to this mod, they are fully welcome to. They have my word.
The weapons look amazing, especially the Wattz 1000. I always love the sleeker look of the Wattz 1000 compared to the other laser pistols. However, the VATS percentages are extremely low. I don't understand why, but the Wattz 1000 is extremely inaccurate in VATS. Is it something on my end perhaps?
I love this mod! These Wattz are awesome, great for my BoS Pilot character!
I wondered if it would be possible to have a holstered version to use with Visible Weapons mod, that would make it even better!
Seconding this. A visible wattz rifle on the player's back would be amazing. There are hardly any visible weapon patches out there for energy wepons for some reason, I tried myself to mess with OC and nifskope to craft a model from scratch but I'm still too inexperienced.
Would be great to see OP add this to the mod if he gets the time/interest.
It'd be hard for me to get back into it. I've debated making a new mod and stuff, but I'm not sure. It's midterms at college right now, so any spare time is either studying, or development on my own game. I've wanted to get dpillari to retexture this, but he's off the grid right now. (I hope he's okay) Maybe I'll do one on my own, but I'm ass at texturing. Again, I'm a bit more interested in my own game's development.
If I make an update, I'll figure out how to do it. This mod is kinda dead anyways.
That's all we can ask really, but if you ever get around to it then it would definitely be cool. And whether dead or not, it's still a pretty awesome weapon. Cheers mate and good luck with the studies.
I second this post. The only thing stopping me from using this mod is that there is no visible holster for this mod. When or if this mod is updated to include a holster version it will be downloaded in seconds.
I absolutely love this mod. The weapons are gorgeous and great fun to use. However, I feel that they need to be nerfed a bit, and the customisation options aren't presented all that well (order the list is in + perk requirements). I know you aren't still working on the mod though, so don't let me pressure you c:
