   I thought this was going to a be a preset based on the actors Christina Hendricks and Nathan Fillion from the similarly titled episode of Firefly, "Our Mrs Reynolds." Morena Baccarin was also in Firefly but she wasn't "Mrs. Reynolds."

      She secretly wanted to be Mrs. Reynolds. That's why she "fell and hit her head" toward the end of that episode.
      
      Also, is it just me, or did this preset end up look more like Cote de Pablo than Morena Baccarin? Not that I'm complaining.

      Haha! I actually haven't seen Firefly, so I had no idea they had an episode titled that. If I had, I might've chosen a better name for this.
