Great concept. Like Bernt, I'm not a fan of the BoS, so I would suggest perhaps doing some variants without the BoS tattoo. Maybe some US Military tattoo's for the "Sole Survivor" Army Veteran look, and perhaps even some Institute or Raider themed ones for those playing "evil" characters.

Looking good for sure. But - to be honest- I'm not really into full body tats. Likewise I only use scars and grime sparingly on my characters. Still - that does not mean I cannot appreciate and admire the craftsmanship and amount of work being put into these textures
hmm kind find an excuse maybe DILLIGAF jk lol .. are the tattoos or scars out of place ? ill have to try them on a skinny character to see why they are not wrapping on the skin correctly , I could of sworn the size of body wouldnt matter guess I was wrong ill look into , thanks for the comment

As for my avatar, Its actually Jeanette Voerman from Vampire The Masquerade: Bloodlines, but now that you mention it, she does kind of look like the more modern rendition of Harley Quinn! And I just googled it and apparently you aren't the only one who has spotted the similarities. Apparently their alter egos look very similar as well. If someone had shown me a picture of Harley Quinn, I probably would have thought that it was Jeanette.
