I think he's using that image to mark these edited mods, like a catchphrase. This mod has the same scars sets as in the pictures, but without the long scar on the back - it was a personal request in the comments of the original mod here: http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/14199/? . Luicianshepard was nice enough to make an alternate version.
Another guy made this, not me. I included the resources for my mod as a download so I wouldn't have to make a custom texture for every single person who wanted a small or not small change. The guy asked me if he could make those for people, and I said yes. The more people who can get enjoyment out of my mod, the better.
It really is tedious to create , fit and make each layer work together . Jumpsteadehs mod I think is perfect but it takes up to much time to individually go through each persons specifications for multiple files and layers .. so one at a time or make a request and I can put something together for you .
