      Or better yet, add a small chance (~5%) to cure one addiction

    This mod is the sh*t. I also cranked up the cost to remove addiction to 1000 caps with GCM for that ultra addiction penalty.

    Endorsed, I love the concept and the rebalance behind this .

    However in my game the purging beverage only removes 100 radiation.

    I have no other mods that touch the items your mod touches and I put it pretty much all the way to the bottom of my load order.
    It may be just my issue of course, sorry.

      it could be wrong. I haven't been modding lately, but I'll put this on my to check list for the future. I think I came up with better mechanics to handle this in my food and drug mods but never came back to this. I probably should since I can understand people wanting just these changes and not all the other stuff I did. Thanks for the feedback and endorsement!

      Thank you so much for looking into this.

      The change you make with this mod is indeed awesome, the refreshing beverage imo is totally overpowered.
      Your mod together with "Agony" makes the game a lot more challenging .

      No, I thought about it but decided against it. So it is entirely positive. Considering it isn't very common and you can't craft it I felt that was okay.

      Cool. Gonna give this mod a whirl. It's gonna make doctors a hell of a lot more useful, that's for sure.

      Yeah, addiction has always been a non issue in the game. I've been meaning to put this together for a while.

      Yo I just had to come back and give this mod another thumbs up. It pairs incredibly well with another mod known as "Mojave Imports" which brings back the notorious "Fixer", a temporary chem addiction fix. This mod really made me re-think my chem related life choices. Low-key game changing mod right here.

    if it is possible.Cure addiction 2-3 times and then you need a doctor.

      I think something like this would be nice, but a challenge to make. If consumables only offered a temporary relief of addiction symptoms instead of removing addiction then they would be balanced and useful. If I knew how, I would.

    Good changes imho. I've made a few similar changes in my game, but yours might be done better / more thoughtfully / less crudely. I'll check it out.
