   Now you just need to combine the separate ring properties into one single ring and make the point spread customizable via the Pipboy menu and you would have a very useful mod.

      "One ring to rule them all..."? That would be overkill . I'd prefer to keep them simple, lore-friendly and balanced.
      Interesting idea, though. Maybe someday...
