HELLOOOOOO!!!! AGAIN!!!!!
This one was requested (several times ).
Some people asked me to do this settlement "in my own way"..: P
Well this is what i came up with.
I tore down everything and re-did it making it a much more visually attractive but also a practical settlement.
The "drive in" is now a multi purpose location .
Its a Drive in (for the sake of lore) ,a motel,restaurant,fortress and much more.
The main building is now a multifloor with several rooms for rent (or player home ) ,a big diner ,a very creepy basement with 2 levels where one level is the water purifier plus power source and the second is a workshop area . The roof also has a SOLAR power source and also serves as the main lookout and guard tower .
For the settlers the majority of their accommodations are mainly in the several trailer homes that i setup with 21 assignable beds .
We also have a separate area where your vendors can setup shop and have their very own homes behind their stores.
We also have baths,toilets for them in a "public usage" style .
The Screen is now a mega tower also great for guarding and below it is the building that was there but redone a bit.
The two power sources are wired just like my other mods from PYLON/Conduit To The power source (you cant wire the solar panel or fusebox to anything cause it only works the other way ).
Once youve connected ...then exit the workshop and ACTIVATE the power source.
Now depending on your save you might see some stuff that might be floating like the diner door for example. Simply scrap anything that doesnt belong.
Warning there are a couple of surprises. ;)
Oh all most forgot..
I have setup conduits and pylons all around the perimeter on the pillars so you can get power anywhere .
