EXCEPTIONALLY late response, sorry, but if anyone else drops by and is wondering the same thing I will answer it regardless (though the answer is also in the mod description)
Super Mutants: No, hostile NPC super-mutants wear non-lootable variants of the armor, they don't wear Strong's armors.
Dogs: Yes, but raider attack dogs are exceptionally weak so this just makes higher level dogs a slightly more imposing threat...but not really, the buff wasn't substantial.
In all seriousness, is there a reason why Hancock's red frock coat isn't listed as either modified or exempt? I run with Hancock as my regular companion, so that's the one I'm looking for.
I completely forgot about hancock. Totally slipped my mind.
Edit: No I didnt! Im just an idiot and forgot to include it in the description, and dont remember modifying his clothes at all, but when I loaded it up in the CK, sure enough the edits were made.
