After Popular demand we decided that  my next mod would be Abernathy farm but  the  way  i  do  it  ;)

So  here it  is my  friends.

This  is  Abernathy Springs  that  is  a total overhaul  of  this  poor excuse they  call  a "farm"  .

I  added  to  it  and  even  gave  it  some lore/ a backstory  to validate those  changes  and  additions.

The  backstory  ..well  find  the  note  left  by  the long  departed  grandfather  of Blake Abernathy  and  read  it  :)

What  can  i  say  except  that it  turned  out  very  well (imo) even though  i  avoided going  overboard  and using  stuff  that  didnt  belong .

I  kept  the  whole design  in  a farm like character and  made  it  a  very  functional settlement  as well  with  homes,a green house,a traders  area  and  some other  buildings like  a barn animal  shelter  etc.

The whole settlement is  surrounded  by  a wall  with  only  one entrance .
Ive placed  several turret  stands  around  the  walls  and  several  inside  as  well.
I have also  included  a  generator  with  150 power, water purifier and  several pylons  to  get  power  all  over  the  place.
The  gen  has  to  be  connected  just  like  in my Sanctuary  mod  from  PYLON  to  GEN   and  then  from  pylon  to  anything  else...
I kept  furnishing to  a minimum  as  usual   except  for  the  Abernathy  home where  i  did  some  general  furnishing  and decorating .

Added  a dog  and  some  chickens  as  well  so  dont  shoot  them..  (they  are  yours  :P  ) .

Known Issues :

NONE  aside  from  the workshop  that  has  to  be  moved via  console  or the  mod   "workshop Marker" since  again  its  baked into  your  save .

Use  this mod  to  move  the workbench :workshop marker

If  you  find  any old  stuff  like tato  and  melon  plants  out  in  the open simply  scrap  them  (it  depends  on  your  saved games )

NOTE:  You  HAVE  to  complete  the locket quest  to  enable the workshop.

Thats it  for now...

Im  sure  you  are  going  to  enjoy  this  one  a lot  as  i  did  making  it.
