I had this mod a long time ago, it was great. Had previously endorsed.
Now it is broken just as the comments below suggest. Must have been a change in the games files. No longer modifies stealthboys' behavior, stealthboys to not show up in menu either. The problem is that the name is no longer correct. Will Re-Endorse when the author makes changes

Good news, there is a fix until the author updates the mod! 1. Install the mod 2. Go to your Fallout 4 / Data folder 3. Using FO4Edit open "Better Stealthboy.esp" 4. Delete the word "(Device)" from the Full Name (see pic below) 5. Save it.
Can this mod, by any chance, affect player character textures, towit, causing the player to appear washed out, incl. anything carried or worn? Stealthboy is the only thing in the game that affects everything the player has on him, hence my reasoning here.
I am not making any accusation here regarding this mod - I am simply exploring any possibilities in my attempt to solve the aforementioned issue I am currently seeing in my game, and I had installed this mod at the end of my previous playthru. Additionally, I further tweaked the mod in xedit for a much longer lasting effect duration (1.5 hrs) as an experiment. That edit is still in effect in my current game, and I am wondering if THAT could have FUBAR'ed my textures.
This textures glitch does NOT affect any other NPC's - just myself, which when you consider this, lends further evidence supporting my question.
Hi. After installing the mod, stealth boy items are removed from my inventory. Maybe they are just invisible? Seriously though, all my stealth boys are just gone from the "Aid" menu. I looked in all the other categories, just in case the mod moved them, but nope. Just gone.
Hmmm.... odd. Do you have any item sorting/naming mods? It might be have happened if you installed my mod after a item sorting mod such as valdacil's item sorting or any similar mod. I believe my mod will change the form ids of stealthboys and thus make them vanish from your inventory. I haven't tested this mod in a while so I can't say for sure.
Been using it for a while now and must say very satisfying. It actually feels like Stealth Boys are worth a damn now, like an item of value worthy to hoard rather than the junk items that you sell to the nearest sucker for the highest bitter. Endorsed.
