You know what is totally un-immersive???? The Ghouls at Sunshine Tidings that keep respawning after I move them. Also that mongrel and dead raider outside of Sanctuary. I went ahead and fixed that garbage.

Xan's Ultra Immersive Sunshine Tidings Ghoul Cleanup (Bonus Sanctuary raider and mongrel cleanup)!

So, interestingly enough I am only on my first play through and one thing that is really bothering me are the ghouls that do not go away inside of the Sunshine Tidings build area. This is NOT immersive. I also DO NOT LIKE CONSOLE STUFF. I am not 100% using them to mark for delete or disable are a good idea. I found out I could not just delete them without a CTD so I tested just "moving" them to the surrounding woods. It actually worked! I have been testing it for a week now and it seems the the dead settler actually self de-spawned (or is below the terrain somehow since I am not sure where he vanished to).

Basic Info:
  • The 5 Ghouls and the Dead Settler have been to the surrounding woods and blended into the terrain to look like they naturally died there.
  • I also took the liberty of moving the fallen maple behind the house with the broken back wall and also blended that into the terrain.
  • Inside that broken house there was a table and chair that kept resetting on me so I moved those to the surrounding woods. They also seemed to "vanish" but I am going to call it a win since they no longer keep popping back up after a few days.
  • Moved the dead raider, dead mongrel, and tire iron off into the woods. They are now off to the right when facing Sanctuary.
  • I deleted the blood splatter out front of Sanctuary also.
  • I opted to MOVE these objects instead of deleting them since the game does weird things when you try to delete them.

Compatibility:
Based on your load order this mod can override or be overridden if you have other mods that alter the cells in and around Sunshine Tidings and Sanctuary. For example Rebuilt Sunshine Tidings will conflict with this mod.

Found some issues with the Scrap Everything mod so I created a version that is compatible.

I would be willing to make compatibility versions should the need arise. Just make a post about it.

Known Issues:
Other than the mod conflicts, I have had no issues. I started using this AFTER I had already discovered Sunshine Tidings. If you start a fresh game, I am pretty sure there will be no issues either.

Installation:
You can do it manually from the ESP folder in the archive or use the FOMOD through Nexus Mod Manager.

When updating to a new version...REMOVE ALL OLD FILES FIRST!!!

Future Additions:
I might add other fixes with multiple plugins if you do not want all the features. Since I am on my first play through I need ALL the feedback possible for ANY other places in the game where things should be cleaned up in a similar fashion.

PLEASE let me know what you think!! I do not mind adding more or adjusting the location of the corpses if you think they are in a bad spot.
