Love the idea of this! I saw the parent mod (the one with the clothes) and since I don't like/use Strong, I figured I'd never be able to use it. But THIS mod would let me see it on NPC supermutants. I wonder, though, where you say "1 cloth 2 headgear", like does that mean there's only ONE "clothing item" and two headgear items to choose from? Or does it mean that any ONE Supermutant can have only one clothing item and two headgear items? I suspect the latter, but thought I'd double-check (pushing the ESP cap).
EDIT: Just tried it out last night. Had a supermutant in a dirty brown suit and another one in a collegiate uniform. HILARIOUS. Gives them more individuality than the standard armors they wear. Bravo!
Wow, can't believe i didn't see this sooner. This is awesome. So question - is "Change None" mean the higher the percentage, the lower the change they will spawn with it?

if you want finetune the frequency of the clothes:
Leveled Item - supermutant_clothes and supermutant_headgear
Every clothes have their own "Chance none" settings.
If you need help....just let me know.
