The summoned trunk will disappear once you leave the area (along with anything you accidentally (?) left in it). Shame i couldn't use this mod. I could make the holotape in the chemstation BUT, since i am also using Valdacil's Item Sorting and DEF_UI and it does not show up in any of the list. I can see the tape in my inventory when i go to a workstation but no way of accessing it. It has a completely different icon associated next to it that is not in Valdacil's or DEF_UI .
I've been looking for something like this also. I want to be able to end my scrap manufacturing line into a container automatically, which then, will automatically sell everything in it. There was a mod called import/export that did this but it no longer works. Strangely, there is a contraption factory mod that does exactly what I want it to, but it is only on the Xbox mods.
How hard would it be to find the code to change how much you get when you sell stuff?
I think 75% is too much for the ease in which you sell items, so I'd like to change it to more like 25-50%. Granted part of the reason is I took off the water limits in the workshop so I have tons of water to sell at multiple water farms.
I sold a ton if stuff at B.O.G Bunker auto and was supposed to get around 815 000 caps but don't see it? Is it suppose to show in pip boy or to be collected somewhere? Cheers.
Absolutely love this mod, the only thing I'd change if I could would be to stick a pulse beacon or something on the side just so it looks like it's letting Arthur know when the trunk is ready for pickup.

There's a difference between summonable and buildable objects. I believe you're asking about the latter (the one you build at one of your settlements), while the feature of auto-despawning was referring to the summonable version of the trunk which you can drop any time anywhere in the world.
It's subtle. It's not a over powered weapon, it's not god mode armor, it's just a chest and it gives you a fair price for your loot and doesn't cheat you like vendors will and there is no 300 cap limit. You wouldn't think that was such a big deal, but it's a massive advantage! Never see it cause a bug, CTD, or cause any other problem. Highly recommended.
