Health Bar and Crit Bar are off-center, how I fix it?

Edit: I find the Crit Bar problem. It was VAFS. I download the "iHUD Compatibility patch" and use the notifications crits bar in the VAFS settings in pipboy. It works like a charm.
But for health bar, I had to manually move the bar on the HUDMenuSet.exe, check the game, repeat until it was the right place. Painful but worth it.
