This is a spacious player home, located at the top floor of one of the highest skyscrapers in the game.
Comes with all sorts of crafting stations, decorations, luxury items and beautiful views from the big windows on both sides of the loft.

This mod adds a spacious, luxurious player house located at the top floor of one of the highest still standing skyscrapers in the game.
Inside you will find a lot of decorations, custom usable items and crafting stations, a jacuzzi and many other things.
The big windows on the sides give you a great look on almost the whole map.
The loft is NavMeshed and has beautiful lighting with full day-night cycle.
Please note that the entrance area IS performance heavy and it will slow your game by about 10 to 15 FPS. However, the loft itself won't affect your framerate at all.

Added a buildable area on the roof and some workstations.
Requires Far Harbor, Workshop Contraptions and Vault-Tec Workshop DLC.
