   lore wise this wouldn't work as the brotherhood blew up the institute, this includes the molecular relay which makes teleportation not possible anymore

      I was thinking it could have something to do with the way that the Brotherhood scanned their networks, and learned how to build a way to use their relays. Maybe somewhere in that mission they learned how to use teleportation.
