    For some reason, the workshop for this won't show up for me. I don't know if it's because I came near the settlement before downloading but yeah, doesn't work at all if the workshop ain't there.

    So, this mod is acting rather buggy for me...
    First the loading time to fast travel to and sometimes from the new settlement is weirdly long. I'm talking like 3 to 4 times the usual.
    Then, while I'm walking around the area I sometimes get sudden loadings, like if the game is struggling to render things or something. Also the actual building area seems to be WAY smaller then the green barrier thing. To the point that it's very hard to walk around the main building without being kicked from building mode all of sudden...
    And lastly, whenever I walk in or out of the building area the ambient sound resets. Meaning it stutters and then fades in again, as if i had just loaded a new cellar or something. That's a very minor thing, but makes me believe that something glitched this whole "chunk" of map...

    The only thing I can think that may be related to it is the fact that I had cleared this location prior to installing this mod. But I haven't seen anyone mentioning this can cause any issues, so I don't know...

    I have some of your other settlement mods and so far they seem to be working fine, I don't know what may be going wrong with this one...

    One of my favorite settlement mods. Love the location and I have fun killing the nearby Super Mutants and raiders.

      funny enough this was my goto mod after i just reinstalled in game. out of most of the areas i loved this the most and put must care to it...

    Great idea to put a settlement here. Unfortunately removing the boat in the entry way has created a void space. You should have left it there.

    why does people make settlement mods that are not supposed to be settlements in the vanilla game? we all know that the only way to get settlers to show up is with the use of placeatme code the beacon never works in these mods.

      Because clearly, with tens of thousands of downloads for the various new settlements mods, some people are inspired by wanting to make settlements in new areas. I myself saw this location, and after clearing it thought "this would make a cool settlement".

      Clearly, these settlments (even if the beacon does not work) are better than some of the stock ones at least (OZ and hangmans for example).

      i have over 100 settlements with around half from mods and about 80% work as fully functional settlements (supplylines/nav mesh/settler crop resources farm 5 plants/settlers sleep/vendors work/etc) I have 230 plugins and a base model laptop from 2017, my load order isn't perfect with three tiers of loot-ish loads and tons of mods that affect settlers and settlements and I have no problems with those 80%. have you reviewed your INI file? also I recommend OVER researching your mods before you use them. if I see CTD or more than 2 bugs no matter how bad I want the mod (with them being minor bugs at that) I simply don't use it. also I avoid mods with requirements esp F4SE LOOKSMENU SMM CBBE ETC. Also I never delete mods once in game though I have replaced a VERY small number with similar mod types and ALWAYS maintained my SCRIPT ORDER. its like a machine. the more moving parts the more likely something will go wrong. Im no expert and I just learned as I went. but that's my 2 cents. Ty for listening and best of luck.

    Heya, have enjoyed your Uni Point and RR settlements and I think they're just great. Wonder if you're gonna offer a bundle of all your settlements as an option for people whose load order is almost breaking at the seams, like mine is . Notwithstanding, your mods work like a charm for me at least, may sound like a cliché..but keep up the excellent work, you've done well! . Thanks and cheerio!

    Version 1.2 shifts build border away from the Revere Beach area, so I guess I'll have to pull back my front walling with entrance gate and watch tower?

    Only map marker issue I ever saw (as far as I can remember) was that Reeb Marina was somehow named Revere Beach (or Station, can't remember that either) in the pipboy list...

    Will have to check before I upgrade. Yesterday, for the first day in thirteen months, I haven't played FO4... been in bed, sick; not of the game, but something I caught sticking my bum out from under the covers.

      Actually, no, it shifts them toward it, contrary to what you may think. It was at the water side where things may have been creeping away. Heal up, hope you didn't catch something from bug hunting!

      I know it is later but I thought I would add that JimmyRJump is correct with his statement. If you are facing Revere Beach the actual border is halfway between the green border wall and the main buildings that are behind you when using version 1.2 . I do love the mod and plan on releasing a set of blueprints and with your permission I would like to list one for Reeb Marina in the set.
