   I always thought this thing was supposed to be a more advanced wastelander gun, akin to that of the laser musket.
   
   now I'm not sure.

   I like how this actually explains why the Wattz 3000 from the Wattz Laser Gun mod uses the Gauss Rifle's charge counter LOL. Nice work.
