   Hello Eli, I just did that, and even so the mod does not work for me, in the chemical center the utility option does not appear, I hope and you can answer me.

   This is my first modded apparel download for Fallout 4. I was wondering where I find the items in-world. They don't seem to be in my inventory, so are they in shops, or perhaps random loot..? If you answer this, could you also include the information in the description as well? I'm sure others may wonder the same thing their first time.

       Strange... I thought that it must be another ENB.
