Does Britain still have an empire? I like to imagine they did. Since Africa wouldn't have been a major cold war target, maybe it would still exist into the 23rd century..
Cannot get this mod to work, I always CTD when I come out of workshop mode. Now before anyone jumps at me, I did play this mod with the vanilla game, so essentially naked, and once I came out of w/shop mode, CTD. Ok, tested again with all my mods, used different setups with my mods, but every time I had this loaded, it would CTD. Not sure why it should do this as it requires no dependencies other than the base game. Oh and upon loading all my other mods with this disabled, game runs fine.
Hello there. It is the combat armor texture that cause the problem. "CombatArmor_palette_d.DDS" that come with this mod is corrupted, so it just crash any combat armor if you happen to highlight one.
At least, that is what happens to me. After nearly 2 hours of debugging and resorting to shooting random mods, I manage to discover it is not a mesh problem like I originally suspect, but a corrupt texture from this mod.
Think I lost some hair in the process, and all I get to do is to comment about this on the mod page. Base on how if screw me over, plus the lukewarm comments below...fcuk this, I say. Even though I know how to fix it, I am not going to keep this.
But for anyone in the future that stumble upon this mod: Delete "CombatArmor_palette_d.DDS" from this mod after you install the damn thing. Even though I don't know why you will want to...I mean, Fallout London is probably better.
Thanks for the info, I have already got Fallout London downloaded, I just thought this would add a bit more to the DLC. Not going to bother with re-downloading The British Consulate, but for future reference, I will delete the DDS file if and when I decide to download again.

Why assume the UK was messed up as opposed to say Tenpenny fleeing justice or seeking adventure & treasure in a lawless USA? Emil doesn't say the UK was a mess, only that Europe was screwed up, and says the whys & wherefores are up to your imagination.

EDIT: I found it, but when I went inside, right as it finally loaded I saw the lobby area, then my game crashed.
