Tutorial (pdf) on creating a specialized patch, using FO4Edit, for Orphans of the Commonwealth and any mods that modify:
Not for use with Orphans DCMS Patch, or those who console command to add orphan/child settlers (why patch something you do not use?)
Emphasized once again, it is not required if you are using Orphans DCMS Patch as that patch removes the children from the recruitment leveled list. In other words, nothing to patch.
In a perfect world, each author that adds recruitable settlers, be they child or adult studs/hot women or common folk with grime or three legged hydra would create their own "recruitment beacon" to attract said settler. But we don't live in a perfect world and some amongst us refuse to live in an imperfect world, thus we patch. ... to narrow that void that separates imperfect from perfect.
Gopher, FadingSignal and Elianora all contributed to this, as without their tutorials I would still be trying to figure out what a load order is. Its recommend to google their sites and watch them.
