Here we go again.. ;)
Yes folks ...yet another re-do but this this time NOT a vanilla settlement or new location.
This is the well known Coast Guard Pier station taken over by some nasty mutants.
Well i decided they had to go so you guys can take it over.
This is a reconstruction of the main building but with a few twists and much more.
You could say its quite elegant inside with a big kitchen and dinning area on the main floor
and a relaxation area that can be used as you see fit (only a couple of things in there ).
First floor:
we have the sleeping quarters plus some rooms that you can use for lets say an office,extra w.c. etc..
Basement :
we have the lockup where your workbench is also located ,a bath room,a extra bedroom (small so you may want to give it another use like for workbenches ).
There is quite a bit of room down there so im sure you will find use for it.
Now lets go outside...
In front we have us a parking lot(for the cars that never will come..:P )
A building that i put together for either a couple of vendors (side by side (weapons/armor for example ) ),some guard posts (one over the vendors) .
To the left as we look at the main building we have us a little farm area with a shed,fenced up cows and chickens with their own food and water .
Towards the river we have a fish farm next to the main pier.
On the other side of the main building we have a nice area to build and a fish hatchery next to the vertibird pad.
Lastly we have the roof that can be accessed from the spiral staircase that starts from the basement all the way up connecting all the floors (this was a real B!TCH to navmesh :P
On both sides there is plenty of room to build.
The whole build area is either walled oFf or fenced to keep out the unwanted guests.
Most of the perimeter has turret stands/platforms.
Ive made anything and everything i could think of usable to place on.
The settlement was tested and works with moving npcs,sending provisions etc.
Anyhow..

I want to inform you all that i am having some serious problems and cannot be online all the time as before .
I will explain to clarify the situation.
As ive said in the past im unemployed for over 2 years now and the s.h.i.t. finally hit the fan.
As of 12/12/2016 my home has no power because i couldnt keep up with the bills .
I have moved my main rig to my brother-in -law's business location where i spend most of my day since home is an icebox.
You may have also noticed that i am adding a donation button and its obviously NOT to make a profit but to help me get some essential stuff like a wood stove and a small electrical generator to cover my basic needs.
