   You're gonna miss out on a lot of downloads by not making it NMM compatible, all you have to do is make a zip file with the folders path starting from Fo4's data folder.

   Thanks for posting your preset, however please change the note in your description page and the short description (that shows up in lists) that DEF_UI is by Neanka. I did not create it, I was steward of Neanka's creation.
