PHASE(4) with the amazing mod " Vivid Fallout " by Hein84 is a killer combo.

The 2016 version causes CTD right away.
    . o O ( Likely due to all the updates since 2016??? )

The 2018 version - the Lens Flare gets seriously in the way of FOV and makes the game hard to play, because you cannot see.
Without the Lens Flare, I think the 2018 version would be GREAT!

    Just noticed the update.

    1. How much sharper is this than the original?
    2. From the screenshots, it appears it is darker. Is it darker?
    3. Can this new flare effect be turned off? How would this be accomplished?

All thats changed in 2.0 is it's about 5-7% sharper, and adds a new lens flare effect. If that's not to your licking then just continue to use the original. It's not that drastic of a difference. Also, brightness/contrast was untouched in 2.0. Cheers.

    Is ENB Compatible with this?

Edit: NVM I found out it is, but now I have my irl time in the top right corner for some reason...

I finally got Phase(4) to work. Glad I did since it is the best looking of all the offered ReShades. You can always find it dead last since the author refuses endorsements. Think of that as the eccentricities of an artist rather than a poor quality of his art. Take a look at all of them and you may agree this one is the best.

My game wouldn't start. After a full reinstall, it seems like the latest NVidia GeForce driver does not like the Phase 4 reshade. Any idea what is going on and if there is a workaround?

I have recently installed NVidia GeForce driver 375.95 as well and have had no issues. It would appear you have some type of conflict on your end my friend.

Think you are right. I tried another reshade and it too failed. However, I have no problem with the reshade program for Skyrim SE, so I am stumped. I can reproduce instant failure when a reshade is installed, but I have zero ideas as to why that is happening. Bummer.

Any chance you could port this wonderful mod to the new 64-bit Skyrim SE since it uses the same engine as Fallout 4?

Unfortunately not, but if you find someone who will do it you have my full permission to do so.

I gave this mod a vote since the endorsement tab seems to be missing. This is a great visual enhancement to Fallout 4.

I downloaded and installed this and I REALLY like it. Awesome. The only thing I don't like is that it's little bit too bright to me. Do you know how to make this a little bit "darker"?

Thank you for your feedback. If you find image is too bright in sunlight you can open up the "ReShade" folder, then open "SweetFx.cfg" and under HDR Settings...increase "HDR Power" maybe 2-5 points at a time and test(example original 1.50, try 1.55). You could also reduce "Radius" by the same increments. Cheers.

Your monitor settings could also be playing a role as well.

The nighttime darkness is a bit much for me. Is there a setting to up the brightness/turn down the darkness?

Thanks for your feedback my friend, I don't really care for endorsement so I disabled it.

No endorsement button means no endorsements and that means that those who are not picky enough to look through all the reshader mods will be unable to find it and enjoy it.
