Unfortunately saving his face as a preset causes a bunch of weird glitching when you try to load it. Unfortunate as it's a really cool character design.
i gotta commend you, that's a " nice " face, really liking it. i'm gonna make this my Mad Scientist no settlements playthrough character
Seeing as people seemed to have problems with the save showing up, so did i. now i did originally install it through NMM which i noticed it didn't work, so.. uninstall and manually copy to my save (it did not overwrite anything) and nope, nada... then i went on to wonder what's going on, it should show up right?
So, i made a backup of my saves and then copied the save into my saves folder and voilá i can load it now, tho i have to raise the question of the save warning that i am missing mods, could that be what prevented me to load the save among my old saves?
just wanted to explain how i solved the save not showing up for myself.
Very well done! I didn't even read the title and knew what you were going for. I am creating a "Institution" character and he will fill that role nicely. After several failed attempts myself (lack of patience), I really appreciate your time and effort. Keep up the creativity.

I know it's inspired by joker, not meant to be him, but for anyone wondering, Joker's eye color is a sickly off green(due to falling into a chemical vat, which bleached his skin and changed his eye and hair color)
