For anyone having issues with invisible or bugged guns, here's how I solved it:
The FOMOD displayed an error about missing textures and gave me a totally broken pipe revolver. Parts were floating and it would not appear in the workbench. If I gave it to myself with the console, it would not appear in my inventory. Instead, I manually installed the mod and extracted the folders I needed into a separate folder (in my case, HQ textures, the replacer folder and BOTH the main and main-esp folders). I compressed this new folder into a zip file then dragged and dropped it into the downloads section of MO2. Install like normal and select "manual". From there, you can unpack each folder individually so MO2 can read the data as valid, and you're good to go.

so every time I download the mod one of the folders are missing and it's the textures folder, dose anyone else have this happen to them and if so how do I fix it???
Its in there, its just packed oddly and not in the "MAIN" folder. If you manually unpack it look for two folders, either the smaller STTEXTURES or larger HQTEXTURES folder
Having a small issue. The aiming with the scope and reflex sights seem to be about an inch higher than where they should be at. As in, aiming dead on with the reflex sight, but the shot hits about an inch higher than where it should. Is there a fix for this or is it a bug on my end?
Open up the mod in F04edit and find the '...scope_sightreflex" under object modification Change the 'ZoomDataCameraOffsetZ" property value to 0.15000 Change the same value for other scopes your having the problem with.
That fixed it for me. You may have to play with the exact value.
Did you ever figure this issue out? Currently having the same problem, using this mod as a pipe revolver replacer. Wish asxas would come back and update it.
Thank you kittehnoms, i found a value was 0.35000 was perfectly centered for me, i wonder what makes it differ. Thank you again for your comment it helped me a lot!
This mod has 0.55 as default. I set it to 0.35 in my Handmade Revolver - Immersive Tweaks mod which seems to solve the problem. Also thanks to everybody who noticed this problem.

REFLEX SIGHT FIX:

Change the 'ZoomDataCameraOffsetZ" property value to 0.35
