The Westing Estate.....hmmm maybe not..
I went and re-did the whole thing since as it was it didnt really serve any purpose .
This is a fully functional settlement with plenty of room to add vendors,new jobs etc..
Ive all ready built some homes and a central building that should be fully navmeshed (had to do most of the area by hand since the autonavmesh was creating floating planes etc. )
The central Gate is something i "stole" from parson's but changed it quite a bit and made it livable as well with little living quarters on each side for the guards.
The fish farm stuff has some animations like feeding fish and gutting for the npc's .
If you do see any issues with navmesh like maybe a sunk into the ground NPC try adding some foundations from the workshop or maybe a floor depending where the issue is.(just sink it in to the ground)
As all ways i recommend using a placing mod like place in red reborn or place anywhere and i build my mods with that in mind.
NOTE and caution !!. I would recommend doing the signed baseball stuff side quest before installing(its a quest some baseball guy gives you at Diamond city ) but even so i have gathered all the quest goodies on a palette on the dock. Once you collect the stuff simply scrap the containers and palette so they arent in the way.
On testing a save (new) that had not been to diamond city the items did NOT appear in the loot containers so VISIT DIAMOND CITY and talk to the guy FIRST before scrapping the containers unless you dont give a crap about the quest..:P )

LIke all my mod's same goes for this one..
CAREFUL when scrapping since i have EVERYTHING in the build area scrappable and ALL WAYS save before you start any major scrap work cause if you scrap it you cant get it back.
Ive added a nice surprise at the back dock (hard to miss :P ) .
