I'd rather use the console. Using up an ESP slot for something that takes 10 seconds to do in console seems pointless. Besides, not like the collars have any benefit at all so it never feels like cheating to use the console command to get em.
Yes, I do play in Survival. But I use a mod to keep console enabled because I cannot even say how many times I've needed it to get un-stuck from falling between objects. And quests that just refuse to move onto the next stage.... Emogen takes a Lover <- lookin' at you. Really helpful thing to have when you get into situations like those.
Is there any way you could also make it modifiable at the armor workbench with some special bonuses ? Kind of like how rings have different effects in Skyrim? That would be a pretty cool idea.
Ah just what I was looking for! I have a settlement I'm building up that I'd eventually like to give the look of being a raider encampment. I'm not 100% certain if I'll go with the Overboss playthrough this time in Nuka World but I'm still looking to turn a couple settlements into raider outposts. The difference being that these raiders are running businesses and trade hubs but have uh, "employed" some of the locals.

Oh my.
Believe it or not, real life doesn't have a command console to spawn things. If people want an immersive way to get more shock collars, here it is.

Or am I the only person in this thread that dresses up Settlers based on what they're doing? :x
